Shape Breathing
Trace a shape with one finger and breathe along with it.
What you need
- Paper & pena few slips
How to play
- Draw a square or a lazy eight on a sheet of paper.
- Your child traces the shape slowly with a finger.
- Breathe in along one side, hold on the next, breathe out on the third. Five seconds per side.
- Three slow laps.
Make it harder
- Do not make it harder, make it deeper: eyes closed, drawing the shape in the air from memory.
- Use it as the fixed closing exercise after every session.
- Breathe together, in the same rhythm.
