1. What this site offers

On this website, Teselora offers short, playful exercises for children to do together with an adult. You can use the exercise pages without an account. 10 exercises are completely free of charge, for all others the first step is free and the full instructions are in the paid printable pack. We may change, extend or discontinue the offer at any time.

In addition, the Spielemappe is available as a paid download. Sections 9 to 12 apply to the purchase, the license terms in sections 13 to 15 apply to its use.

2. Not a therapy, not medical advice

The exercises are play and everyday practice. They do not diagnose anything and do not replace treatment by a doctor, psychotherapist, occupational therapist or other professional. They are not a substitute for ADHD diagnostics or ADHD treatment.

If you are worried about your child's development, attention or behavior, please talk to your pediatrician. Never stop or change a treatment on your own because of these exercises.

3. Safety

• An adult always stays with the child during the exercises.
• For movement exercises: clear enough space, remove obstacles and sharp edges, use a non-slip floor.
• Small parts such as buttons, beads or dice can be swallowed. Do not leave them within reach of children under 3 years or of children who put things in their mouth.
• Stop when your child is in pain, dizzy, overwhelmed or no longer enjoying it.
• The age details are rough guides. You know your child best.

4. Using the content

The texts, design, templates and program code of this site are our own work. To the extent they are protected by copyright, you may use them for private use within your family and print the templates for that purpose. Passing them on, publishing them or using them commercially requires our prior written consent.

For the Spielemappe, the license terms in sections 13 to 15 also apply.

5. Liability

We create the content carefully, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or always available. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Links to other websites

We link to external sources. We checked them when setting the link, but have no influence on their content. The respective provider is responsible for it. If we learn of unlawful content, we remove the link.

7. Privacy

How data is handled is described in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law

German law applies. If you use the site as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.

9. Buying the Spielemappe

• Seller and contracting party is Sandor Farkas (Teselora), address in the legal notice. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, D02 H210, Irland.
• Product: the Spielemappe, a PDF file for printing on A4, in German, English and Spanish. What it contains is listed on the page of the Spielemappe. You need a device that opens PDF files and, for printing, a printer.
• Conclusion of contract: on the product page you choose a license and confirm the terms and the notice on the right of withdrawal. You are then taken to the Stripe checkout. The contract is concluded when you click the payment button there and the payment is successful.
• Prices: the prices shown are final prices including VAT.
• Payment: with the payment methods offered in the checkout. You receive a receipt from Stripe by email.
• Delivery: right after the purchase you receive an email with your license number and a code. With your email address and the code you sign in at https://www.teselora.com/en/access/ and download the files. You can request a new code there at any time.
• Corrections: if we correct a sheet, the corrected version is available for download to you at no extra cost. If something is wrong with the file, email us.
• Contract text: we store the contract details. You receive them with the purchase confirmation by email, the terms are always available in the terms of use on teselora.com.
• Contract language is German. English and Spanish versions are translations.

10. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sandor Farkas, Bessemerstraße 51, 1. OG, 12103 Berlin, Deutschland, hello@teselora.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also use the withdrawal function on our website: https://www.teselora.com/en/withdrawal/.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry: the right of withdrawal expires for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once we have begun performance of the contract, after you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). We ask for this consent before the checkout. Performance begins with sending the access email.

12. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something goes wrong, please email us, we will find a solution.

13. Personal license (one household)

• The personal license applies to the person who bought it and to the children in their household.
• Allowed: saving the files on your own devices. Printing and copying the sheets as often as you need them for the children in your household. Printouts may travel with you, for example to grandparents or on holiday.
• Not allowed: passing on the files or your access, sending them by email or messenger, uploading them or storing them in shared folders. Selling printouts or copies. Using the sheets in a kindergarten, school, practice, club or course, for that there is the institution license. Using the content in your own products or publications. Removing copyright or license notices.

14. Institution license (one location)

• The institution license applies to the institution in whose name it was bought, for example a kindergarten, school, after-school club, practice or association, and to one location with one address. Each further location needs its own license. For organizations with many locations, email us at hello@teselora.com.
• Allowed: saving the files on the institution's devices at that location, including an internal drive for staff only. All staff at the location may print and copy the sheets for their groups, classes, courses, children or clients. Children, parents and clients may take printouts home.
• Not allowed: passing the files or the access on to parents, clients, other locations or other institutions, including by email, messenger, parent portals, learning platforms or cloud folders. Taking the files along for work outside the location. Selling printouts. Using the content in your own products, in training for third parties or in publications. Removing copyright or license notices.
• The license stays with the institution when staff change.

15. Both licenses

• Buyer notice: every page of the files shows the license number and the email address used for the purchase. This notice only serves as proof of the license.
• Access: the files are downloaded after signing in with the purchase email address and a code sent to it. The access is personal. The number of devices signed in at the same time is limited.
• Duration: the license has no time limit and also covers corrected versions of the same Spielemappe.
• Rights: the texts and graphics of the Spielemappe are by Sandor Farkas. The license only allows the uses listed here. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
• Health and safety: the material contains ideas for games and exercises. It does not diagnose anything and does not replace advice or therapy. Sections 2 and 3 apply.
