Teselora App terms of use

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

We have no licence terms of our own for the Teselora app. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps from the App Store applies.

1. Which agreement applies

Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA). It applies to all apps from the App Store whose provider does not set an agreement of their own.

This page summarises the most important points. The licence agreement is authoritative. Separate terms of use apply to our website and the printable games.

2. Provider

Sandor FarkasBessemerstraße 51, 1. OG12103 BerlinDeutschlandEmail: hello@teselora.com

Full details are in the legal notice.

3. What the app is

Teselora is a tool for parents to give structure to everyday family life. Parents create tasks as cards, plan them for times of day and set rewards from real life. The child sees the cards that are due, completes them, collects points and redeems them in the shop.

Parents set up the app and decide on tasks, points and rewards. The app gives no professional advice and does not replace advice from professionals.

4. Free and without purchases

Version 1.0 is free. It has no in-app purchases, no subscription, no advertising and no account.

5. One child in version 1.0

Version 1.0 supports one child. Families with several children cannot use it fully for all of them. This is a deliberate limit of this version, and it cannot be lifted by a purchase.

6. Requirements

Teselora runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later. iCloud is optional. Without iCloud the data stays only on the device, and you make backups using the export in the parent area.

7. What parents look after

  • Keep the PIN to yourself and keep the recovery code in a safe place. We cannot reset the PIN, because it is only on your devices.
  • Without iCloud, make a backup now and then using “Export all data”.
  • Choose tasks and rewards that suit your child and your family.

8. Support

Questions and problems with the app are answered by us, not by Apple. You can reach us via the support page.

9. Liability

Liability is governed by the standard licence agreement and the statutory provisions. In any case, we are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health.

10. Privacy

How the app handles data is described in the Teselora App privacy policy, and for children in Privacy for children.

11. Applicable law

Unless the standard licence agreement provides otherwise, German law applies. If you use the app as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
